I know it's a dodgey subject with some, but has anyone tried e-cigs and do they help you quit the real thing?

I've got one and it has helped me cut down, by quite a bit too. The ones that look like cigarettes are not vry good though, go for the bong ones like this...................

If you've never used one before pay for the best, the cheap ones breakdown all the time. Socialites are the best, but a starter pack will set you back £30!
